HAWAIIAN CARVED COWRIE SHELLS

The carved cowrie shell is one of Hawaii's folk arts, and these are excellent examples.
#3215 shows a Hawaiian beach scene with a sunbather and umbrella, along with the word HAWAII, and is 3" long; #3210 depicts an underwater dolphin scene with the word HAWAII, and is 2-1/2" long; and #3214 shows a romantic sunset beach scene with the words
ALOHA HAWAII. It is 2-3/4" long. The shells were purchased new in Haleiwa, Hawaii.

HAWAIIAN SHELL BASKET
This pretty little basket of assorted decorative shells was purchased in Hawaii last year. I can't tell you what kinds they are, but there are some pretty colors here. The basket with its flower decoration made of shells would make a nice gift.  The basket is still in its original sealed packaging, with a label that says ALOHA FROM HAWAII.   It is 3-1/2" by 2-1/2" by 1-1/2" high.
$7.95.  Ins. Priority Mail shipping $5.15.   (2611-580)

HAWAIIAN SEASCAPE PORCELAIN PAINTING

This lovely painting on porcelain features a sunset seascape view of Hawaii with flowers, a tropical bird and palm trees in the foreground, and Diamond Head in the background. The  major elements are outlined in bas-relief, as is the word HAWAII at the bottom right-hand corner. The porcelain painting is framed and has both a ring for hanging and a support for standing the picture upright.  This is a NEW painting, still in its original packaging, and purchased earlier this year in Honolulu. It is 6-1/2 by 8-1/2 inches in size and free of any damage.

$9.95. Ins. Priority  Mail shipping $5.25. (2601)

Handcarved WOODEN DOLPHIN
I'm not sure what kind of wood this graceful dolphin has been carved from, but I'd guess from its color, attractive graining, and light weight that it's monkeypod. On the wave behind the dolphin's tail is the word HAWAII, but it has no other markings. We bought it new in Oahu earlier this year.

The elegant carving is 5-1/2 inches high, and in NEW condition.

$7.95.  Ins. Priority Mail shipping $5.25. (2605)

BASKET OF ASSORTED SHELLS From Hawaii

This pretty little basket contains twenty-four different seashells from Hawaii, and was  purchased a few months ago in Haleiwa, Hawaii. I don't know much about shells, so can't tell you what  kinds they are, but they should be handy for crafts, your aquarium, or maybe your collection,  since there are some pretty colors represented here.

The little woven basket is about 4 inches in  diameter and stands 1-1/2 inches high.

This adorable pair of young Hawaiians are meticulously detailed, down to fingers, toes, palm leaves, flower petals, and the word HAWAII on their base. This is a NEW magnet, still wearing its original PACIFIC IMPORTS label. The charming little scene is 3-1/4  inches high and 2-1/4 inches wide.
$5.95.  Ins. First Class Mail shipping $3.00.  (1664)

HAWAIIAN KEY CHAIN / NAIL CLIPPER / OPENER

It's a nail clipper, but, like a Swiss Army knife, it's much more! The pull-out attachments include a nail file, a can opener, a bottle opener, and a nail cleaner, all in a compact little package with a chain so that you can use it as a keychain (or hang it on your favorite key chain).

Both colorful key chains have  the word HAWAII on the front; the reverse side has a hieroglyphic type stick figure logo with the word "Super" in it. These nice little nail clippers are new, purchased in Honolulu,  and are 2-3/4 inches long (not including chain).
