Rodale Press
STOCKING UP - Preserving Foods Naturally

This is Rodale Press' classic book on preserving foods in natural ways, including
harvesting, canning, freezing, drying, underground storage, pickling, curing, smoking,
and much more. The book is divided into food types, and gives complete instructions
on ways to preserve each type, as well as recipes where appropriate. I bought this as a
back-up for my own copy, which is beginning to look disreputable from much use, but
decided I'd rather share.

This is a hardcover book with no dust jacket, in Very Good condition. Tight and clean,
with no damage. It is the Fourth Edition, published in 1974 By Rodale Press. 6" x 9",
